Kiroro ski resort has two hotel options. The Sheraton Hokkaido Kiroro Resort is located at the base of the ski resort, providing convenient ski-in ski-out access, whilst The Kiroro is situated further down the hill via a 3 minute shuttle bus trip. There is no on-mountain Kiroro accommodation that is self-contained (e.g. apartments, houses).
Kiroro Tribute Hotel
The Kiroro, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
(formerly the Piano Hotel), is a reasonably lavish hotel with 282 hotel rooms across 13 floors. There are a range of western room standards and Japanese/western combo rooms. All rooms are well appointed, spacious and have ensuites, and the upscale Hollywood rooms have mountain views from the bathtub!
The hotel has a range of restaurants including a delightful Italian restaurant, a sushi restaurant, and a casual buffet eatery. The hotel also has loads of facilities including a day spa, swimming pool, onsen, entertainment complex and a few shops.

Kiroro is an easy day trip from Sapporo or Niseko, so the other option is to stay in either Sapporo accommodation
or Niseko accommodation
An alternative is to stay in the seaside town of Otaru which is 28km from Kiroro. It's possible (albeit rather clunky) to get a bus between Otaru train station and Kiroro each day, or self-driving will make it particularly easy to get to Kiroro.
The Dormy Inn Premium
is an Otaru hotel that is very nice, yet inexpensive, and it's located only one minute walk from the Otaru train station.
The Grand Park Otaru
is a beautiful 4-star hotel which is located right on the water with views up and down the coast from one side, and views of the hills you'll be skiing on the side of the hotel. Below the hotel is a shopping centre, bars and restaurants. This Otaru hotel is surprisingly inexpensive considering the quality on offer. From the Grand Park Otaru, it's easiest to access Kiroro if you have your own wheels.
