Eagle Springs Lodges

Eagle Springs Lodges

The Eagle Springs Lodges (east and west buildings) offer Solitude condo accommodations with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests. The condos are modern and designed with stone and timber construction, and have full kitchens and living areas so you can relax whilst you’re not out skiing or snowboarding at the Solitude Ski Resort.

Where is Eagle Springs Lodge?

The east and west buildings of the Eagle Springs Lodge are located in the small village at Solitude Mountain Resort, only a few minutes walk to the slopes. Eagle Springs is situated next to the ice skating rink, and the restaurants and other amenities of the village are all within a couple of minutes walk.

Condos

Eagle Springs has a variety of different condo configurations with variations in the bedroom layouts and number of bathrooms:
  • 1 bedroom
  • 1 bedroom plus den
  • 2 bedroom
  • 2 bedroom plus den
  • 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom (sleeping up to 10 guests)
Each condo has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, gas fireplace, TV, DVD/VCR player and free wifi. Some condos have a laundry; otherwise there are laundry facilities available in the east wing.

Facilities and Services

These Solitude condos have great facilities and access to Club Solitude in Eagle Springs East:
  • outdoor swimming pool
  • sauna
  • hot tubs
  • lounge area
  • games room with board games, Xbox video games, pool, fossball
  • theater room
  • fitness center
  • computers
  • free underground garage parking for one car
  • guest laundry (free)
  • ski and snowboard storage
  • front desk assistance during winter season
  • ski and snowboard shop in the west building

Dining

Most guests make the most of the condo kitchen to cook up a storm for dinner. There is a small sundries store on-site selling only very basic items, so your best bet is to purchase groceries in Salt Lake City. There is also a grocery delivery service at Solitude.

There are no restaurants on-site at Eagle Springs, although there are a few Solitude restaurants very close by.

Great Facilities

21/06/2015
We had an incredibly enjoyable stay in a one bedroom condo at Eagle Springs. The check-in process was very easy and the service very good, and it was nice to park in the underground garage.

The location was excellent. The condos aren’t the closest of the lodgings to the slopes at Solitude, but considering the village is petite, it was still a very convenient location and only a few minutes walk to get to the lift. It was also a very quiet spot.

Each condo is privately owned so they all vary a little, but they have standards regarding furnishings and ours was nicely decked out and had a great dining table, gas fireplace and comfortable sofa. There was also a sofa bed in a cut-out area off the lounge room that I guess they call a “den”. The condo was moderate sized and would have been fine for 4 people. The fridge was huge and the kitchen had an abundance of utensils. We had a massive bed but the only limitation was that the bed covers were synthetic and didn’t breathe very well.

What was particularly impressive about staying at Eagle Springs was the amenities. The pool and hot tubs were awesome, and with a good games area, it’s easy to see why this is a popular choice for families.

We can very easily recommend a stay at Eagle Springs, particularly if you’re looking for accommodations where you want to spend most nights in.
