Skeena Heli Skiing Packages

Skeena Heliskiing was founded in 2004 and is one of the largest heli skiing areas in the world with an area of 9,525 km2.

Skeena Heli Ski only employ UIAGM or ACMG/CSGA certified and highly experienced guides to ensure your safety whilst leading your group, as well as helicopter pilots with long time heliskiing and mountain flying experience to keep you safe while flying you from run to run. The Bear Claw Lodge week-long package includes UNLIMITED VERTICAL! The lodge is located just 6 minutes flying time from Skeena's huge heliskiing tenure.

Terrain & Ability

The Skeena Mountain range has a huge diversity of terrain, from the high vertical slopes with steeps to powder bowls with pillows and chutes as well as plenty of tree skiing and an abundance of sweeping glades providing more heli skiing opportunities during bad weather periods. Through Skeena’s geographical location and diversity of terrain they consistently enjoy one of the lowest number of down days in the industry!

Lodging

All accommodation is at Bear Claw Lodge  located in one of northwest British Columbia’s most stunning mountain valleys, Kispiox (pronounced: kiss-pee-ox) Valley.

Each room is beautifully furnished with custom-built, local artisan beds and furniture, and all rooms have a private en-suite. Bedding configurations include twin queen beds or king beds (all packages are based on twin-share i.e. no single room option).

The lodge features communal living and dining areas, a games room, an indoor hot tub / whirlpool and outdoor hand-crafted cedar sauna.

All meals are provided in the communal dining area and the cuisine is nothing short of extraordinary.

Free wifi is available throughout the lodge.
