A thousand metres of skiable vertical on north-aspect slopes plus one of the most picturesque mountaintop hamlets in the world on Monte Lussari, make Tarvisio worth a visit when the Snow Gods sent it their way. Best combined with skiing at nearby Sella Nevea, and Nassfeld, just over the border in Austria. Accommodation is lable slopeside dwn the bottom of the hill opposite the novice lifts & slopes, plus in the nearby town of Travisio.
