Kanderlussuaq Greenland
Kangerlussuaq is a small on the west coast of Greenland and an important starting point for skiing adventures in the region. With the main international airport for Greenland located on the towns outskirts, the location has links to all regional airports in addition to flights from Copenhagen. The nearby fjords of western Greenland are perfect for boat based guided ski touring during the spring months, plus several natural wonders are nearby including the edge of the massive Greenland Ice Sheet.

Where is Kangerlussuaq Greenland?
Kangerlussuaq is in south west Greenland, about 1,350km west of Reykjavik Iceland, 3240km north of New York and 3,420m west of Copenhagen Denmark. Kangerlussuaq (SFJ) airport has international flight connections with Denmark from Copenhagen (CPH) plus domestic flight connections with the capital of Greenland, Nuuk (GOH) and most other regional airports throughout the country. Unlike many airports in Greenland, the weather in Kangerlussuaq is the most stable in the country, so flight delays & cancellations are comparatively rare.
