Our trip to Georgia was just an awesome experience. If the ski and the snow was just from another world the people, nature food and scenery came up as unexpected cherries on the cake. I highly recommend this to anyone in search of a mind blowing high level of sensations

Spent 7 days full of variety and the best casual manner of our guide in Mestia. Whatever the weather conditions, we had a great day. Whether it was touring the resort, we all had a lot of fun and motivation in the group. It felt like we were traveling with the best buddies. Many thanks to Dato & Nika, Leo and the ladies who cooked Georgian traditional meals for us every day. We'll be back! February is definitely the month for powdering, we'll check out April to go higher and steeper. Madlova!

Really good week of skiing with in amazing mountains. Even though there had not been new snow for 2 weeks the guides found untracked 30/40cm of snow on northern slopes. They had very good understand of their local terrain and mountain conditions. The guide we had for the first 2 days was a little hard to communicate with in English. The guide we had for the rest of the trip, David, was excellent and very fun to ski with.

The guesthouse we stayed at was simple and clean and provide really good food.

The best ski holiday I’ve been on yet. Niko was exceptional. We had daily briefings where we were able to plan the next day. Snow was amazing. Guides were very good.

4 friends and I spent a week in Mestia, Svaneti, Georgia at the beginning of February. The trip was fully organized by Nika Gelashvili of Freeride Tours Georgia. Nika’s organization was impeccable, always planning each day with the goal of giving us the best freeride/skitouring experiences, as well as fun leisure activities. We were guided each day by Dato Tamliani, a local mountain guide with avalanche rescue experience. We highly recommend him if you are looking for the best powder runs in the area, while keeping safety a priority. We got sunny weather and despite the lack of recent snowfalls (last recorded one was about two weeks before our arrival) the snow was light powder in many north faces. The Svaneti region is just breathtaking and not yet reached by mass tourism. I would 100% go back!

Skiing in Mestia is all about backcountry and off-piste adventures. The limited groomed runs serve as a great warm-up before diving into waist-deep powder. Whether it’s lift-accessed freeriding, ski touring, cat skiing, or heli-skiing, Upper Svaneti is a true freeride paradise, still in its early stages of becoming a world-class ski destination.

It’s absolutely worth crossing hemispheres to experience skiing here. No wonder the Freeride World Tour includes Tetnuldi Ski Resort on its circuit. Beyond the incredible powder skiing, Mestia offers a full cultural and touristic experience, blending history, food, music, and local traditions into an unforgettable journey.

Absolutely stunning views and one of best free riding trip ever ! Nikka is a great guide ,when we reach out him the response time was impressively quick! Mestia area is a true hidden gem. I would totally recommend the week package!!! Everything been taken good care of it since we landed. Highly recommended!
