Itinerary

The Dolomite Superski tour takes in more valleys, mountains and ski trails than any other tour. Over 9 ski days your group will be using the lifts, pistes, ski train, buses, snowmobiles & taxis to travel through the resorts of Alta Badia, Kronplatz (Plan de Corones), 3 Peaks Dolomites (Sesto), Cortina, Civetta, Arabba-Marmolada, San Pellegrino, & Val Gardena. You will be shown the best snow & ski trails, stunning mountain vistas, plus enjoy local cuisine and some lesser known, quieter ski slopes.

To see a detailed day-to-day program outlining all the locations visited, see the Itinerary tab.

Lodging & Meals

The tour includes all accommodation and most meals on the tour. a total of 8 nights are in mountain rifugi where breakfast & dinner is included. The first and last night are in a 4-star hotel in the village of Castelrotto

For more information on meals & accommodation, see the Lodging tab.

Small Groups

This is a small group tour, with the Dolomites Superski Safari Tour restricted to a maximum of seven per group, plus your ski leader.

Ski Ability

The tour includes moderate to challenging sking and includes many 'black' pistes' so is only suitable for fit advanced, experienced skiers. All guests will be 'qualified' before booking to ensure that the group is of the necessary fitness & ski ability.

On-piste trails are utilised throughout the tour. Off-piste skiing is possible along the way (as long as it doesn't slow the group down!), but it at your own risk and will be without the ski leader.

Ski Equipment & Lift Passes

All mountain skis and poles are included in the tour price. You will need to bring your own ski boots or organise to rent some for an extra fee. A price reduction is given for anyone that wishes to bring their own skis & poles.

A full 9-day Dolomiti Superski lift pass is included in the tour. If you have an IKON Pass that is valid for skiing 7-days in the Dolomites, you will receive a price reduction on the overall tour tariff.

Getting There & Away

To reach the start of the tour, Innsbruck (INN) is the gateway airport. Yes fly to Austria to ski Italy! If flights to Innsbruck are too awkward, then Verona (VRN) is the next best, but its flight schedule is even less than Innsbruck. Major international airports of use are Munich (MUC) (just 2½hr train ride from Innsbruck) or Venice (VCE). Either way transfers can be arranged, or just get to Innsbruck and get picked up by the included airport transfer. On the last of the ski safari, after a great night’s sleep & breakfast, you will be driven to your preferred airport or other destination as negotiated with the tour operator.
