Where is Hotel Niseko Alpen?
The Hotel Niseko Alpen is possibly the best located property in the
Hirafu area of Niseko.
It is absolute ski-in/out with easy access to the baby slopes for little ones and first timers as well as direct access to Hirafu's main access lift; the Ace Quad Chair.
It is also located on the main street with a shuttle bus stop within a few metres and has many of Niseko's restaurants, bars and shops all within easy walking distance.
Child Friendly
This is a great hotel for families with young children.
You literally walk directly onto the beginner slopes from the front of the hotel making it a great place for the little ones and first time skiers & boarders.
In addition, Hotel Niseko Alpen provide child minding services from their "kids room" for children 6 months to 6 years. They have qualified nursery staff and provide full service child minding between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm daily.

The hotel offers a number of room configurations however the main configurations are:.
Japanese Western Style Rooms - which consist of 2 single beds and 2 tatami/futon beds plus a private ensuite (for up to 4 guests)
Western Style Rooms - consisting of 2 x single beds and an ensuite (for up to 2 guests)
Deluxe Twin Rooms - consisting of larger rooms with larger single beds and an ensuite (for up to 2 guests)
Suites - renovated suites for up to 4 guests
In the rooms you will find TVs, a mini fridge, high speed internet access, hairdryers, bath robe & slippers, towels and toiletries.
Facilities
The Hotel Niseko Alpen has some exceptional facilities including a 25m indoor heated pool, 2 jacuzzis, a traditional sauna as well as a dry "stone" sauna and indoor and outdoor hot springs (onsen).
There are also 2 karaoke rooms, a boutique shop, the kids room with child minding, a massage service offering reflexology, aromatherapy treatments, shiatsu massage and more. There are also ski lockers, a cloak room and wifi in the public areas.
