Japow House 2.0 in Myoko Kogen (aka Japow House 2 on Main Street) is a lodge in a prime location in Akakura Onsen, just 1 minute walk to slopes & bus stop. It’s been renovated yet it has retained its traditional Japanese appearance and it has friendly Japanese hosts. Japow House 2.0 has rooms for up to 2-5 guests & all utilise communal bathrooms, whilst the deluxe group room has a private toilet.

Where is Japow House 2.0?
Japow House 2.0 enjoys an ideal location on the main street of Akakura Onsen village in
Myoko, just 100 metre walk/skate to the Akakura Onsen lifts and 50 metres to the bus slope. There are two ski/snowboard rental shops within 50 metres of the lodge, including Myoko Snowsports where ski school reception and child care are located.
Various restaurants and bars in Akakura Onsen are within easy walking distance.

Guest Rooms
Japow House 2.0 has rooms with a Japanese/western blend that have retained Japanese characteristics and decor, yet have the comfort of western beds. All rooms utilise shared showers, and most rooms have a toilet and washbasin just out the front. All rooms have bedside table/s, table and sofa, mini fridge, and wardrobe for clothes.

- Spacious 2 bedrooms comfortably sleep 4 people, with the option of a 5th sleeping on the sofa bed

Japow House 2.0 features a restaurant and bar. Meals include fare such as burgers and steak, whilst the bar has a good range of craft beers, whiskey and other beverages. The bar is a great spot to relax for après ski time.
