The Ryokan includes a small segregate mens/womens Japanese bath house, laundry facilities, ski/snowboard storage & free WIFI. There is also free on-site parking
Services
You can purchase lift tickets at the hotel plus they have an in-house ski/snowboard rental shop (where hotel guests get a discount). The staff at the front desk can speak some English.
Dining
There is an on-house restaurant serving breakfast each morning (you have an option of including breakfast in your package or pay as you go) plus they serve a traditional Japanese Kyseki multi-course meal in the evenings.
There is a funky bar/cafe next door to the Ryokan serving coffee, beer on tap and cocktails.
