Alpine Heli Ski Day Packages
Like all other
New Zealand heli skiing operators, Alpine Heli Ski NZ offers
single day trips. Standard packages come in 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 10 runs. The 3 run day is a sampler package that is generally tailored to intermediate riders with little or no powder skiing experience (and who may be on a budget but want to give heli skiing a go).
At the other end of the spectrum, the 10 run thigh burner package is an adrenaline maxed out day for experts.
The Alpine Heli Ski NZ packages include the guided skiing and boarding, safety equipment, a gourmet lunch, pick up and return of any rental equipment, and transfers between your
Queenstown accommodation and the heli pad.
Expert Heli Trips
If you’re a true expert and want to ski or ride more challenging terrain, the expert heli trips with Alpine Heli Ski are the go. You can push your envelope whether it’s couloirs, big faces or steep lines. The expert trips have small groups of 4 guests and 2 guides, and a maximum of 2 groups per helicopter.
Private Charters
Alpine Heli Ski also offers
private charter packages that are charged according to fly time.
If you have a group of up to 5 or 8 and you are all pretty good skiers, this is a great way to get a huge amount of vertical at a reasonable cost and at the same time have a personalised service.
