There are lots of different options for Falls Creek accommodation, ranging from inexpensive (by Australian ski resort standards) backpacker style lodging at ski clubs, up to Falls Creek hotels and luxurious apartments. Falls Creek accommodation has the major advantage that most of it is conveniently ski-in ski-out via various streets and trails around the village. The potential downside is that the village streets are closed during winter to cars, so overnight guests at most Falls Creek lodging need snowcat transport up (and down) which takes time and can be costly, particularly if you have a lot of luggage.
