Escape Myoko Lessons

Improve your skiing or snowboarding technique whilst exploring the Myoko ski areas. The Escape Myoko snowsports lessons can be for just an individual or your private group of up to 6 people (ie you can’t join a mixed group lesson), assuming that you are all the same discipline (ie skier or snowboarder) and a similar ability level. Lesson prices for skiing and snowboarding are designated per instructor per session.

Lessons can be for the morning or afternoon (3 hour lesson) or the full day (6 hours). 

Terrain

The terrain focus for the lessons will be tailored to ability level and objectives and could include the groomers, bumps, the off-piste zones in amongst the trees, and the lift-accessed backcountry (ie sidecountry) at the ski areas of Akakura, Suginohara, Ikenotaira or Seki Onsen.

Ability Level

The experienced ski and snowboard instructors accommodate all skill levels, from novices to advanced skiers and snowboarders.

If you pull together your own group for a private lesson, it’s ideal if participants are of similar skill levels, allowing for a shared learning experience that's both fun and enriching.

The minimum age for lessons is 5 years old.

  • 3 hour morning session -  35,000 yen
  • 3 hour afternoon session - 28,000 yen
  • Full day 6 hour lesson - 59,000 yen

Terms & Conditions

  • All pre-payments are non-refundable.
  • A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure a spot.
  • A further 40% payment is due by December 1st.
  • The remaining balance is due by February 1st

Epic Escapes + NZSIA/SBINZ reserve the right to limit shorten, cancel, or postpone courses if circumstances warrant it. Full refunds will be issued in the event of a course cancellation.
