Chad and Austin sorted us out from before we left Aus and made it super easy to sort all the gear we needed and organise the tour.

Not having been to Niseko before, having a guide who rips and knew all the right spots for the conditions, also tailoring them specifically to our group was such a game changer. Austin was an absolute lord too and it felt like we’d known him for years, right off the rip.

Photos were so sick and have gone in forever folder in the hard drive, pro level shots and didn’t slow the riding down at all.

Our day skiing at Rusutsu was nothing short of spectacular! From start to finish, Austin's expertise and enthusiasm elevated our experience .

Even though snow conditions weren´t great,(we were adviced this wasn´t the best place to ride on that specific day, our bad) Austin's knowledge of the slopes and the best routes ensured we made the most of our time on the mountain. He effortlessly guided us through hidden gems that we wouldn't have discovered on our own.

But it doesn´t finish there, our guide drove us to a local onsen and okonomiyaki place for dinner where we could felt part of the unique Japanese culture in Hokkaido.

We booked two full days with Sea and Summit Media late February and I am coming back next season for more.

Cannot recommend Sea and Summit as a guide company enough! Chad was super knowledgeable about all the hidden gems in the out of bounds areas of the resort. I doubt we would have been able to find most of the spots ourselves, but Chad was getting us into glorious powder runs right from the start and all day. Our last run of the day was still deep powder with almost no tracks, amazing! His photography was also right on point too, he definitely knows how to capture peak powder spray on all your turns and make you look as good as possible for those social media posts, and making your friends as jealous as possible back home haha. Well worth the money spent to not have to figure things out ourselves, it definitely took our first Japan snowboarding trip to the next level!

Chad and his crew at Sea and Summit Media went above and beyond to help us plan our trip around prime time and was flexible in ensuring we got the best possible conditions. From guiding to safety and photography, everything was unreal. Would HIGHLY recommend anyone traveling to that area to inquire as you won’t regret it. Already booked my trip back for next season.

We had an amazing day. It started with a prompt pickup time at our stay, an awesome van ride equipped to fit 6 people and all gear for the day to visit a new mountain, Kiroro. He was full of knowledge about the area, stopped for us when we needed to grab food for the day and took us to a local ice cream shop. The best part was the untouched pow. We would not have known the right place to go to get to all of the freshies but he took us right to them. I plan to return and go on this tour again! 10/10 recommend

What an epic day we had with Chad! We made him work for us a little with a mixed skill level group of 3. Myself and my wife snowboard and are comfortable in most terrain and our sister skis great in groomers but never had done full off piste type skiing. Chad knew exactly where to start and how to make it work for her but keep my wife and myself entertained. After our sister got tired Chad snuck us into some less travelled zones and really opened our eyes to what Niseko can offer.

We scored some rad photos we will cherish for a lifetime and tons of fresh powder.

This will become a guaranteed addition to every one of our trips to Niseko in the future. Consummate professionalism with an understanding of people, rider skills and the terrain.

3 of us booked “Braddah” Chad for a Japan excursion to Furano. It was my 8th journey to Hokkaido but it was my friends first time. I can say without a doubt that if you have never been to Japan, he will take care of you. Transportation, translation (except for the time we wanted to try Raccoon, inside joke. Ask him about it 🤔😂), photography, food. Especially food. All the hidden gems he has scouted out already. No thinking, no googling. Just show up and have a damn good time. Oh, did I mention the JAPOW. He sniffs it out like a truffle pig!

We had an absolute blast with Bianca on the photography tour! We have been skiing in Niseko for 15 years but Bianca still managed to unveil some seriously cool photo spots that caught us off guard. Getting teenagers to pose for family pics is usually a mission impossible, but Bianca cracked the code by turning the whole thing into a fun activity.

Our teens were totally onboard during the tour. Despite the weather not playing nice, Bianca worked her magic, and the pics turned out even better than expected. We're absolutely loving them!
