La Parva Apartments

Lodging Types: La Parva accommodations consist of condos and some houses, and some are available to rent. There are no La Parva hotels or lodge style accommodation for solos or pairs/couples.

Slope Access: Many of the condos are ski-in ski-out or just a short walk to the slopes.

Duration & Arrival Day: There is limited flexibility with respect to the duration and start day of your stay. Apartment bookings are generally just for a week, although sometimes 3 day stays are possible.

Budget: There are no budget options. Some La Parva apartments are magnificent and have extravagant price tags. Other La Parva apartments are mediocre and over-priced.

Getting Around Tres Valles: The lodging hosts don’t provide inter-resort transfers.

Other: Some condos require guests to provide their own bed linen and towels. Whilst this might be suitable for Santiguans and other Chileans, not too many foreigners will want to pack linen in their suitcase. All apartments are self-catering and you’ll want to stock up on supplies in Santiago before you arrive. Otherwise there are a handful of La Parva restaurants.
