Hintertux Glacier Ski Lessons & Guiding

Skiing or boarding the off-piste at Hintertux Glacier for the first time can be challenging on all but the most obvious routes, particularly with regards to exits & negotiating glacier features. Ski routes on Hintertux, like the classic Kleegrube & fernerhaus from up high, or the Black Pan 1 & 2 down lower, plus further down the Zillertal valley toward Mayrhofen; the freeride steeps below the Tux cable car; lift accessed off-piste from the top of Penken, Horberg, Rastkogel & Eggalm or backcountry ski-touring areas further up the summits are all easier (and more fun) to ski with a local guide or instructor. Having a guide to aid exploration, particularly when the obvious zones are tracked out, is useful to discovering the secret stashes of the resort plus will provide safety & perhaps improve your backcountry & off-piste skiing skills as well.
