About Akakura Hotel
Akakura Hotel is located in central Akakura Onsen and close to the slopes, and the main street is a short walk away. It is a no frills hotel with good onsen baths, & it has an annex building connected via a corridor that offers more budget oriented rooms.

Akakura Hotel and the adjoined annex building are located in the Akakura Onsen Village in
Myoko Kogen, 5 minutes walk to the lifts of Akakura Onsen Ski Resort. A shuttle bus stop is just 1 minute walk from the hotel.

Akakura Hotel Main Building Rooms
The main hotel has larger, more deluxe rooms compared to the annex, although the hotel overall is somewhat dated.
All rooms have an ensuite bathroom.
- Twin Rooms – sleeps up to 2 guests, 2 twin/single western beds
- Western/Japanese combo rooms – sleeps up to 4 guests, 2 twin beds in separate bedroom, 2 futons on the floor in the tatami room
Annex Rooms
All rooms have a bathroom.
- Western rooms – up to 2 guests, 2 single western beds, 19sm
- Western/Japanese combo rooms – up to 3 guests with 2 single western beds + 1 futon, 25sqm, tatami area with low dining table
