These are great relaxing cozy cabins hidden away in beautiful woodland and unbelievably only a stones throw from the center of the village and all the local hang outs, shops and restaurants. It really is a hidden oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of the winter season. They have everything you need and Corinne, the owner, was super helpful, she’s an English expat fluent in Chilean and was able to sort out everything for us. We almost don’t want to share this secret spot with anyone!, but seriously, if you go to Las Trancas, stay in Basecamp!
