Montana Vacation Home

Great Northern Powder Guides have an amazing house that sleeps up to 14 people. The huge log home sits on 70 acres of land that has gorgeous views, ponds, horses and plenty of privacy. The house is located just a few miles north of the town of Whitefish, and only 15 minutes south of the base lodge for cat skiing. The GNPG staff can provide complimentary transport between the house and the snowcat staging area.

The house has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The massive master bedroom has a king bed with a super sized ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms have a variety of configurations and one room has 4 log bunk beds. The house has a large lounge room, full kitchen, dining room, games room with billiard table, laundry, and a hot tub. There’s plenty of space to spread out!

You can cook up a storm in the large kitchen, or head into town for dinner at one of the many Whitefish restaurants.

During ski season (December to March) the rates are $425 per night for up to 8 people, and then $50 per person for guests 9 to 14 (2012-13 rates – 3 night minimum stay).

Backcountry Yurts

Great Northern Powder Guides have two yurts (20’ and 30’) up on the mountain. You can stay here as part of your own backcountry adventure or as part of a cat skiing package. The yurts are available for $150 per person per night including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The yurts are fully insulated with hardwood floors, electricity and a stove.
