Otaru (28 km - approx 30 mins drive)

Another option for Kiroro accommodation is to stay in the nearby town of Otaru, which is 28km from Kiroro. You can check out the Otaru hotels here. The seaside town of Otaru has a variety of good value hotels on offer as well as numerous restaurants & bars. It is possible to get a bus between Otaru train station & Kiroro but self-driving is the easiest option to get to Kiroro.

Sapporo (57 km - approx 1 hour drive)

Sapporo is a great central location to stay to access Kiroro as well as other ski areas such as Teine and Kokusai. It has the added advantage of having hundreds of well priced hotels and literally thousands of restaurants & bars on offer.

Niseko (55 km - approx 1 hour drive)

Kiroro is within easy reach of a day trip from Niseko so staying in Niseko and commuting to the resort is also an option. Daily scheduled bus services are available plus numerous day tours provided by tour operators from Niseko to Kiroro.

Kiroro Accommodation

Kiroro accommodation on-mountain consists of two Club Med resort hotels and a luxury condo property, all of which are ski-in ski-out. The Club Med Kiroro Peak is located at the main base of the ski resort and caters for guests ages 12+, whilst the Club Med Kiroro Grand is situated further down the hill. The adjacent Yu Kiroro property is also ski-in ski-out and offers luxury studios and condos with full kitchens and living space.

There is also a little bit of Kiroro accommodation about 5km from the resort.
